We also have well over 20 different balsamic vinegars and many wine vinegars to choose from and match up with your favorite evoo. For those who really want to get into it learning about olive oil we have a 4 minute video on how olives are grown and picked. It features Father Emilio who oversees the pressing of our local olives.
