Blended with several herbs and spices, this is a fabulous dipping oil or use it as a marinade for chicken and shrimp. Try it as a salad dressing for something really different. Just add a bit of freshly grated parmesan-reggiano cheese and serve at room temperature. Yum!! Also try it with our merlot wine vinegar or balsamic for another dipping oil.
